Gunner's take on nursing...

Since I've been nursing Bree, Gunner has come over a few times and observed the situation. The first few times, he just kind of stared and walked away but the other day he asked me about it. I told him that the baby drinks milk from Mommy. He seemed to be satisified with this so he went about his day. Later on, Bree started to cry and he quickly runs up to me and says, "Mommy, Mommy, baby Bree is crying, she needs to eat the boobie! Hurry, give her the boobie!!" Ah, how I love 2 year olds!

Oh my! Great story. I have a friend whose 5 year old asked..."Well mom, if milk comes out of that one..... ummm.... does orange juice come out fo the other one?"

Can you believe it?

Sounds like all boys are interested in those. Austyn did the same thing. I was expecting him to ask so I was prepared for a answer. About this week....probably Thursday works for me because Cory is off, don't want to have to bring the kids. Let me know what time works for you and we can go from here. THanks kari

Hahaha! That's a funny one. I don't know that I had any as funny as that. I do remember Koby trying to nurse a teddy bear or something by lifting his shirt up!

That is so funny! Did I ever tell you how Shirleys little girl told a stranger that sometimes after "her mommy fed the baby, the milk would spray EVERYWHERE"! Pretty funny stuff our kiddo's say!
